Timothy Waters
Timothy Waters, MBA, has 25+ years in executive leadership positions encompassing marketing, product management and business oversight. As Deputy Director, strategic planning, program design, and execution are quintessential to success under his oversight. Mr. Waters works closely with the Leadership Team in developing monitoring and evaluating program impact. He works closely with our fiscal team to administer our organization budget and ensures that proper policies and procedures are followed by the agency. Mr. Waters holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from College of the Holy Cross and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Waters is the 4th of 5 sons born to his eternal role models, Marion and Elaine Waters. To ensure a lifelong common bond (other than blood), his brothers and him all have middle names that begin with the letter "E"!
